　　Responsibility职责

　　.Perform the approval, the realization and the commissioning of new production equipment, special for the electrical and programming aspects.

　　执行验收工作，运行调试新的生产设备，尤其是电气和程序方面。

　　.Technical support and troubleshooting for all production equipments, especially in the electrical and programming fields, to solve any machine breakdown or fault in shortest time and most effective way.

　　所有生产设备的技术支持和故障解决，尤其是电气和程序方面，迅速高效的解决设备停机及故障。

　　.Provide all necessary supports to preventive maintenance for the production equipments, according to suppliers requirements and cumulated experiences and also based on machines breakdown analysis.

　　基于设备供应商的要求、维修经验以及故障停机等数据分析，完善设备预防性维修计划和所需要的支持。

　　.Establish, updated to date and ensure the availability of all documentations, which linked related to the equipments (from suppliers, from every repair actions, from preventive maintenance, …)

　　新建及更新所有关于设备的文件资料，确保实用性(供应商文件、维护行动计划、预防性维护等)

　　.Manufacture spare parts according to the drawings or sample parts.

　　依据图纸或样件建立设备备件。

　　.Support and assist during external maintenance and supplier work.

　　支持和帮助所有外部维修和供应商的工作。

　　.Define, order and regulate the safety stock, in order to store enough and necessary spare parts required from production equipments situation .

　　根据设备使用情况，调整备件最低库存，及时采购确保备件充足。

　　.Basic knowledge and maintenance experience training to technician，special for the electrical and programming aspects.

　　基础知识和维修经验的培训及分享，尤其是电气和程序方面。

　　.Compare the spare part suppliers, find some products of low price and good quality,follow purchasing until delivery the goods.

　　比较备件供应商，找到质优价廉的产品并跟踪采购直到收货等整个流程。

　　.Cost control and relating the internal and external audit work.

　　成本控制以及关于内部和外部审核方面的工作。

　　.Support the production, quality and logistics departments for every improvement.

　　支持生产、质量和物流部门的所有改善活动。

　　.Follow-up and perform actions related to the EHS regulations.

　　跟进和完成关于环境健康安全方面的行动计划。

　　.Complete other works, in accordance with related regulations, which arranged and assigned by maintenance manager.

　　完成维修经理安排和相关规定的其他工作。

　　Requirements要求：

　　Bachelor’s degree, major in electrical or automation or industrial engineering.

　　学士学历，电气自动化或工业工程专业。

　　At least 5 years experience in electricial and automation of maintenance or industrial engineering

　　至少5年以上电气自动化或工业工程方面的维修经验。

　　Be master in industrial low voltage control system.

　　精通低压控制原理。

　　Be master in PLC programming, debugging and adjustment.

　　精通PLC编程、调试及故障诊断。

　　Be familiar with industrial PC programming.

　　熟悉工业电脑程序。

　　Be familiar with mechanical structures, good knowledge in hydraulic and pneumatic.

　　熟悉机械结构，气动液压方面良好的知识

　　Be familiar with manufacturing, FMEA and MTM.

　　熟悉制造业，FMEA和MTM等工具。

　　Have strong teamwork consciousness.

　　有较强的团队合作意识。
